Very comfortable clean room with a whirlpool tub. The main pool and hot tub were better than many pricier hotels.
Perfect stop before embarking on your UP adventure . Very clean. Staff were nice and very accommodating. They even allowed an early check-in. Which was v gory nice. Pool and hot tub all good to go. Beds are firm but comfortable. I would definitely recommend.
Overall, it was a good hotel. The hotel was a bit dated, but it was clean and had a variety of amenities. Breakfast was a bit limited, but it had the major items that you’d expect. Enough for a quick snack, but likely not a full meal. The pool and hot tub were great. Overall, it was a decent hotel for a small town. I think it checks all the blocks for the price.
For the price you pay, it’s nice and serves its purpose. The biggest downfall was our second morning- my daughter (20 yo) was freezing and turned the heater on- considering it’s the end of October. About 1/2 hour later our smoke detector started going off (6am)- I went out of our room- no other detectors were going off. No one was at or came to the front desk. That was a bit concerning- even a lady that was getting her 6 am coffee could hear our alarm and was shocked no one came. I ended up taking the detector off the ceiling (I didn’t unplug it) but hit the reset button to turn it off. No one was at the counter when we turned our keys in shortly before 11- so I couldn’t even tell them. I called on our drive home- but not sure that message will get passed on. Not sure if there was dust in the heater (as it wasn’t the first time in our few days that we had used it)…. But it was STINKY!!
Welcoming staff, and the cleaning team does an excellent job of keeping the rooms and common areas spic and span. Not upscale, but comfortable and fair priced. The continental breakfast is nice, with waffles on the menu, but would love to see a meat choice added to the offering. Also, and a clock to the pool area. Little things can make a big difference. Check this location out!
Wonderful pool a d hot tub all cleaned. Staff is very friendly and was very helpful. Breakfast was good they had waffles. Pri e was very reasonable. The room was very cleaned and quiet. The beds are very soft and the room has nice carpeting in them.
Good hotel for the price. Above average pool, was definitely surprised as to how large the pool was for an econolodge
The rooms are a little outdated and small, but the pool was warm and big, the hot tub was a hot and amazing, the breakfast area looks really nice and there's gambling machines! Love it here!!!
